This was multiple, long exposure photos I was able to capture and blend in Photoshop. We were on the trails along the other side of the highway and were able to get over to this location just at the start of the blue hour. The view from the other side isn’t quite as scenic. I definitely would have preferred a bit more atmosphere with some clouds in the sky.
